Who we’re not the right fit for
We work best with organizations that respect the partnership and want a program that lasts.
- Small organizations. Companies without the scale or risk exposure to justify a structured resilience program. We won’t build something you don’t yet need.
- Engagements without an executive sponsor. Without C-suite or senior leadership backing, the program won’t survive the first competing priority. We’ve watched this fail too many times to take it on.

- Organizations that treat consulting partners as commodity vendors. We bring decades of practitioner experience. Clients who treat us as transactional don’t get the value of that, and we don’t enjoy the work.
- Internal cultures that resist outside expertise. If your culture can’t absorb candid recommendations from a senior outside team, no engagement will succeed. We’ll respectfully decline.
