A global consumer and commercial technology manufacturer partnered with Bryghtpath to stress-test its newly formed Crisis Management Team, validating escalation and governance through a realistic tabletop exercise and establishing a maturity baseline to guide its next steps.
The Opportunity
A global consumer and commercial technology manufacturer had recently stood up a new Crisis Management Team and Steering Committee. With the structure new and untested, leaders needed to know whether escalation and governance pathways would hold under pressure, and whether the team could coordinate decisions across functions during a fast-moving disruption.
The organization engaged Bryghtpath to design and facilitate an enterprise crisis tabletop exercise. The goal was to stress-test the new team, validate how decisions would escalate from the Crisis Management Team to the Steering Committee and executives, and surface a prioritized roadmap to mature the program.
