The Opportunity
A leading Midwest health insurer faced the challenge of advancing their crisis management capabilities to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. While their internal team had conducted exercises in the past, they recognized the need for external expertise to design and facilitate a more sophisticated, objective, and impactful experience.

Approach and Results
Bryghtpath began by collaborating with the organization’s leadership to understand their unique challenges, operational priorities, and regulatory requirements. Using this insight, we designed a realistic, scenario-based tabletop exercise tailored to their specific risks and crisis management framework. The exercise was conducted in-person, allowing the Crisis Management Team to engage in dynamic problem-solving and decision-making under simulated pressure.
During the session, Bryghtpath facilitated open discussions to evaluate team performance, identify key strengths, and uncover areas for improvement.
