The Opportunity
The non-profit, operating in all fifty states and Canada, recognized the need for a consistent approach to business continuity & crisis management amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic. While the organization had managed its initial response to the pandemic well, the process was an ad-hoc leadership effort.
Following a national search for a partner, Bryghtpath was engaged to evaluate the organization’s ad-hoc processes and develop a sustainable business continuity & crisis management program.
