    Whatโ€™s in this plan?

    • Emergency Checklist
Our emergency checklist is an execution-focused guide intended for use at the location of a crisis, such as a retail store, a school, or a branch office. The checklist is intended for the local leader to execute step by step in the event of an emergency. It focused on steps required to protect the local staff, visitors, and facility until additional leadership guidance from a corporate leader is available.
    • Corporate Protocol
For more complex situations, corporate protocols are a resource for senior management or staff managers to lead their teams step-by-step through an assessment of the threat or incident. This will position your organization to get in front of the issue and protect your team, customers, and reputation. These protocols provide support to impacted location(s), prevent additional pressure on the broader company, and ensure a coordinated crisis and communications response. The Corporate Protocol includes a simplified crisis management framework, communications checklist, templates, holding statements, and an after-action process to capture lessons learned.
    • Communications Response
During a crisis, time is of the essence. External and internal audiences expect to hear from your organization early and often. Clear and consistent communication is important to keep both internal and impacted audiences informed. When reporters and other media calls start pouring in, do you know what to say? Our plans ensure a coordinated response, providing internal and external messages for use during complex crisis situations. These plans include holding statements to use before, during, and after an incident. Post-incident messages are included to provide guidance to your organizationโ€™s leaders following an incident, a component of crisis communication often overlooked.

Our plans come in three distinct tiers of plans, each offering additional capabilities and customizations:

    • Basic
Your basic package includes a branded version of the Crisis Playbook plan as an Adobe PDF. These plans are intended to be deployed as-is, without editing or rebranding.
    • Enhanced
Your enhanced package includes branded versions of the Crisis Playbook plan as an Adobe PDF along with editable source documents (Microsoft Word). You may customize or build upon the content in any manner you see fit. You may distribute within your organization an unlimited number of copies. However, you may not sell or distribute your revised copies outside of your organization.
    • Custom
Your custom package includes all of the branded and source material as the Enhanced package along with specific customization work by our experts. Youโ€™re eligible for up to 12 hours of virtual customization by the Crisis Playbook Team. You should hear from us within one business day of your purchase to set up the initial consultation call. Generally, your custom plan will be ready within three weeks. When completed, your custom plan will be delivered in an editable format so that you can continue to make changes, improvements, and updates as your needs change over time.

You may also find our two-page (PDF) product sell sheet to be valuable in understanding or explaining our offerings.

    Updates & Changes

With all of our packages, youโ€™ll have access to updates and changes for any plan that you have purchased for one calendar year. You may extend your access at any time in one-year increments. Youโ€™ll receive a reminder e-mail from us when your access is about to expire.
